Vocational Training
At TROSA, we believe that vocational training is a cornerstone of the treatment program. Our goal is to prepare our residents for life after rehabilitation by helping them develop one or more marketable skills and establish a strong work ethic.
Our operations and businesses are primarily staffed by TROSA residents. This allows us to provide services free of charge to our residents and is consistent with our program goals of creating a sense of community and allowing our residents to take responsibility for themselves and their treatment.
As part of their treatment program, residents at TROSA participate in either our internal operations or our external businesses.
