"Dear TROSA, Your members have been coming to my work place for several years now and I have been ordering your holiday items which are beautiful. But I just wanted to say that I really enjoy being able to support your organization through this fundraiser. In 1982, my 24-year-old brother died in a drug related accident. He had battled drug and alcohol addiction for years, and as much as my parents and all his siblings tried to help him, he just never could seem to beat it. He was raised in a good Christian home with 5 brothers and sisters who always and will always wonder what made him turn to the things he did. Too often, people observe those with addictions as bad people who took the easy way out of dealing with their problems or as someone who would lie, steal or kill to get what they needed. But the truth is, they are many times just good people who made a bad choice. My brother was one of those people — good deep down but made bad choices that he could not escape. I miss him a lot. We were barely 2 years apart in age. I did not mean to get so serious. I just wanted to make the point that I somehow feel that he approves of my supporting your organization — that it gives to someone the help that we all wish he had received."

"Your company men moved my daughter's household goods from Cary, NC to Las Vegas Nevada. I have moved many times during my twenty years in the United States Air Force. So I have met many moving personnel and many were not very professional. However, [your staff] outshined all previous moving personnel, they were very courteous, polite, respectful and a very joyful crew. They kept us informed on their arrival and were on time. Every item was carefully packed, wrapped and protected. Not one item was damaged in any way, the unloading was the best and in only three and one-half hours. Immediately the staff went to work as a team and began wrapping items to prevent damage and loaded the truck very neatly. All the items big and small were handled as if they were precious jewels.
