Triangle Residential Options for Substance Abusers (TROSA) is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit agency in Durham, NC. TROSA is the largest residential therapeutic community in North Carolina with over 300 residents, and is widely respected for its entrepreneurial and innovative therapeutic approach to the pervasive issue of substance abuse.
